FedEx Express on Saturday experienced a U.S. service disruption due to winter weather and winds, the company said.

“The Memphis hub and flight operations experienced substantial disruptions last night due to winter weather and high winds,” it reads.

“Potential delays are possible for shipment deliveries across the U.S. FedEx is committed to provide service to the best of our ability. Please continue to check fedex.com for updates,” it continued.

The company urged customers to check shipments on FedEx’s website or via FedEx Service Alerts.

Customers can call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.

“Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, the money-back guarantee is suspended for U.S. packages and shipments inbound into the U.S. from international locations with a delivery commitment of December 14, 2013,” the post reads.
