On November 6, there were dead farm birds found in districts in Xinmin City, Liaoning Province, including Gongzhutun Town, Shezishan Township, and Gaotaizi Township. The actual numbers are currently under investigation. Some villagers also found sick magpies lying on the ground. This could signal another outbreak of bird flu.
