Billionaire William Koch is suing Eric Greenberg, owner of Imperial Cellers, over $320,000 of vintage wine purchased through Zachys Wine Auctions in 2005.

Lawyers begane arguments before a federal jury Wednesday in New York City.

Koch is seeking compensation for 24 fake bottles of wine purported to be from as far back as 1865.

A Florida energy maven, Koch is the the 329 billionaire on Forbes list of billionairs with an estimated net worth of $4 billion. He is also seeking unspecified additional damages.

Greenberg, a onetime billionaire, built two internet companies before the 2000 collapse of those stocks damaged his net worth.

A combative Greenberg testified Wednesday that he did not intentionally sell fake wine. Greenberg is slated to resume testimony Thursday.
