Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, Oh Terrible Republican & Democrat politicians, but several people I know said that, if they are evicted (and since there is no “supply” to the “demand” for affordable housing) ... they will commit a crime to go to jail for “3 hots and a cot” (and full health insurance free!) since you gave them no other options. Three warm meals a day someone else cooks for you?
And that’s wildly more costly than had y'all just built more affordable housing with the trillions of dollars you wasted on criminal garbage like $4 million to rename a bridge for Cuomo’s daddy and $4 million to rename a bridge for Koch and billions of other scams like this. It’s over $200,000 per inmate, per year!
Why have you all normalized insanity? By law, if the politicians don’t “represent” us and do their ONE JOB of making society better and more orderly then it’s time to start arresting them for systemic malpractice and fraud and grand larceny. They cannot legally cash a paycheck unless they got the job done that we paid them to do.
Try obeying the law for a month. After the first batch of politicians are jailed, you will be shocked at how fast the remaining politicians BEGIN TO DO THEIR ONE JOB.
