Four people were injured on Sunday after a plane crashed into Everglades Bay next to the Everglades City airport.

The people were able to get out of the plane as it was sinking and climb aboard a passing boat, Collier County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Michelle Batten told Naples News.
