Former President Donald Trump called a gag order imposed on him by the judge in his so-called hush money trial “unconstitutional’ on Tuesday—just hours after being held in contempt for violating the order.

President Trump continued his criticism of Justice Juan Merchan and the charges laid against him, and called into question whether Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg wanted to press the charges in connection with the so-called hush money trial at all. He also told reporters at the New York City courthouse that he believes the trial itself is a “disgrace to New York.”
