Turning Point USA (TPUSA), the conservative advocacy organization co-founded by the late Charlie Kirk, on Feb. 2 released their lineup for their alternative Super Bowl halftime show during this year’s NFL championship broadcast.

The event, dubbed the “All-American Halftime Show,” will run parallel to Super Bowl LX on Feb. 8 and be headlined by country rock artist Kid Rock, a vocal proponent of President Donald Trump.

The counter-programing will also feature performances by country singers Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, and Gabby Barrett, offering entertainment for viewers that celebrate “faith, family, and freedom.”

“Fantastic lineup for the TPUSA halftime show, including the great Bob Ritchie AKA KID ROCK,” Vice President JD Vance wrote on X in response to the news.

The event will livestream on The Epoch Times’ sister media site, NTD News, along with other several other networks, including Real America’s Voice, TBN, and The National News Desk.

“We set out to provide an entertainment option that will be fun, excellent, and exciting for the entire family, while millions are gathered together for the big game,” Turning Point spokesman Andrew Kolvet said in a release.

“These performers will deliver exactly that, and we can’t wait to watch the incredible show they’re about to put on. We know millions around the country will be watching too.”

News of the concert began circulating back in October 2025, after Latin superstar Bad Bunny was named the headliner for the halftime show performance, along with rock band Green Day, who will kick off the opening ceremony.

“Bad Bunny represents the global energy and cultural vibrancy that define today’s music scene,” said Jon Barker, senior vice president of Global Event Production for the NFL.

“As one of the most influential and streamed artists in the world, his unique ability to bridge genres, languages, and audiences makes him an exciting and natural choice to take the Super Bowl halftime stage.”

The decision drew stark criticism from the president and conservative pundits, who questioned whether his message aligns with traditional American values.

“I think it’s a terrible choice. All it does is sow hatred. Terrible,” Trump told the New York Post last month.

The Grammy award-winning rapper from Puerto Rico, who primarily preforms in Spanish, has been an outspoken critic of the administration, specifically its immigration policies.

“What I’m feeling goes beyond myself,” the artist said in a statement. “It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown. … This is for my people, my culture, and our history.”

The New England Patriots will face off against the Seattle Seahawks at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, for the Super Bowl this weekend, with the game being broadcast live on NBC, Telemundo, and streaming on Peacock.
