Quinton Aaron, the actor best known for playing Michael Oher in the 2009 film “The Blind Side,” has announced a major milestone in his weight loss journey, revealing he has lost 200 pounds.
“Good Morning Beautiful People! God is Good! I am overwhelmed and blessed to announce that I have reached another cool Milestone in my life,” the 41-year-old shared in a recent Instagram post.
