Christian “King” Combs and his father Sean “Diddy” Combs are named in a new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. The lawsuit accuses Christian of sexual assault.

Grace O'Marcaigh has alleged that Christian administered drugs and sexually assaulted her aboard a yacht in 2022.

Rodney S. Diggs and Tyrone Blackburn are representing Ms. Marcaigh. Mr. Blackburn is also representing Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones in a separate sexual assault case against Diddy.

At the time of the incident, Ms. O'Marcaigh, aged 25, was employed as a steward on the yacht, where her duties included providing dinner and drink service from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

In the filing, she claims to have observed a continuous influx of suspected sex workers and celebrities indulging in parties and drug consumption during her tenure. Furthermore, Ms. O'Marcaigh suggests in her lawsuit that alcohol bottles may have been tampered with, as numerous women exhibited symptoms of intoxication, panic, or unconsciousness after consuming only one drink.

The legal action details allegations of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and emotional distress against Christian. Additionally, Diddy, who chartered the yacht, faces premises liability charges and accusations of aiding and abetting his son in the purported assault. According to the lawsuit, Christian frequently joined his famous father in the evenings after residing at a villa on shore, where he allegedly displayed inappropriate behavior toward Ms. O'Marcaigh while heavily intoxicated.

Ms. O'Marcaigh claims that Christian pressured her to consume shots of tequila, which she suspects he brought onboard. After reluctantly complying, she alleges that Christian became increasingly aggressive and insisted she drink more.

Ms. O‘Marcaigh asserts that she quickly felt its effects and Christian allegedly groped her. Additionally, the lawsuit includes audio recordings captured by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, where Ms. O’Marcaigh can be heard declining alcohol and requesting to leave while instructing Christian to stop touching her amidst background noises.

The allegations against Christian come amidst a backdrop of heightened scrutiny on Diddy’s life since his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of controlling and abusing her for over a decade. Ms. Ventura alleged instances of drugging, physical violence, and coercion into intimate acts with multiple individuals, some purportedly recorded on video. A settlement was reached between both parties for an undisclosed amount. Following Ms. Ventura’s claims, others have come forward with allegations against Diddy, all of which he has vehemently denied, including recent accusations of gang rape made by Jane Doe during her high school years. Diddy’s attorney has emphasized his client’s innocence and refusal to comply with restitution requests regarding the alleged incident.

Last month, in a legal filing, Mr. Jones leveled allegations of persistent sexual assault and harassment against Diddy, stemming from their working relationship during the production of the rapper’s 2023 release, “The Love Album.” Expanding his accusations, Mr. Jones invoked the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), a federal statute predominantly associated with prosecuting organized crime syndicates like the Mafia. Within this legal framework, Mr. Jones implicated not only Diddy but also other notable figures, such as Lucian Grainge, the CEO of Universal Music Group, and Ethiopia Habtemariam, the former CEO of Motown, as purported co-conspirators in the alleged illicit enterprise.

In a previous statement regarding Mr. Jones’ case Shawn Holley, Diddy’s attorney, told The Epoch Times: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

On March 25, Homeland Security raided the Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami. Although Diddy was not home at the time, his sons Christian and Justin were placed in handcuffs during the raid, and later released. Formal charges have not been brought against any member of the family in that case.

The Epoch Times reached out to Mr. Blackburn and Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Diddy for comment but did not receive a response by press time.
