Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit for sexual assault by a woman who said the rapper had subjected her to sexual violence in the 1990s.
April Lampros, 51, has filed a lawsuit in New York, obtained by NTD, in which she accused Diddy of sexual assault, battery, and gender-motivated violence.
Ms. Lampros, who was a college student when she met Diddy in 1994, described multiple “terrifying sexual encounters” with him over the years. These included being forced to take ecstasy and have sex with Diddy’s late former girlfriend Kim Porter, who died in 2018 as a result of pneumonia.
The lawsuit was filed on May 23 in New York Supreme Court, and comes on the back of multiple allegations against the rapper, including one filed earlier in the week by a former model who accused Diddy of sexually assaulting her at his New York City recording studio in 2003.
According to Ms. Lampros’s lawsuit, she met Diddy while attending New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology. At the time, Diddy made promises to her about helping her advance in a fashion career, in addition to showering her with gifts, the filing said.
The romance, however, was short-lived as the relationship quickly turned abusive and coercive, as per the lawsuit.
Then in 1995, Diddy allegedly raped Ms. Lampros in a Manhattan hotel room, according to the suit, which caused her to pass out. Upon waking the next morning, Ms. Lampros said she felt “nude, sore, and confused.”
According to Ms. Lampros, her ordeal didn’t end there. Another incident described in the lawsuit alleges that on one occasion, Diddy had forced her to perform oral sex on him in a parking garage in full view of a worker at the garage.
Another allegation in the lawsuit states that in 1996, Diddy forced Lampros and Porter to have sex with each other in his apartment, after coercing them to take ecstasy. Although Ms. Lampros voiced her opposition, Diddy allegedly threatened her with the loss of her job if she did not comply, saying she had no say in the matter.
NTD has contacted legal representatives for Mr. Combs for further comment but did not receive a reply before press time.
Diddy is facing allegations of sexual assault and violence from multiple individuals. He recently admitted to beating his former girlfriend, R&B singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016.
Since the end of last year, Diddy has faced eight lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault.
NTD has reached out to Ms. Lampros for a statement but did not receive a reply before press time.
