Report: Cause of Death Revealed for Granger Smith’s Son

The cause of death for country singer Granger Smith’s 3-year-old son, River, was reportedly due to drowning in a swimming pool.

Smith, in an Instagram post, stated that doctors were not able to revive his son after a “tragic accident,” but he did not elaborate on what happened.
