West Coast rapper and producer Eric Dwayne Collins, better known by his stage name RBX, has brought a class action lawsuit against Spotify, alleging that the digital streaming service has failed to properly address fraudulent music streams on its platform.

The suit, which was filed in a California federal court on Nov. 3, alleges that automated software programs called bots have run rampant on the app, falsely inflating artists’ music plays.
