Police Arrest Suspect Involved in Theft of Unreleased Beyoncé Music, Other Items

Kelvin Evans is facing charges of entering a vehicle with the intent to commit theft in Atlanta.

The suspect accused of stealing hard drives containing unreleased music by Beyoncé and several other items has been identified and arrested in the Atlanta area, said authorities on Sept. 16.

Kelvin Evans was taken into custody Aug. 26 in Hapeville, Georgia, stemming from a parole violation and allegedly breaking into an SUV connected to the Grammy-winning artist during a leg of her Cowboy Carter tour.
