Actress Pamela Anderson has partnered with Los Angeles-based lifestyle brand Flamingo Estate to launch a line of artisanal pickles, the proceeds of which will be donated to charity.
The Flamingo Estate’s founder, former marketing executive Richard Christiansen, announced the new venture in an Aug. 11 Instagram post, saying the award-winning pickle recipe was passed down to Anderson by her great aunt Vie.
“The result is a cool crunch that carries endless herb, smoke, and spice. Each jar was made carefully by hand with organic ingredients. Like the legendary icon whose name they share, Pamela’s Pickles are both hot and vegan.”
Christiansen—who founded the wellness company in 2020, naming it after his seven-acre property perched atop the Los Angeles hills—said the limited-edition line of spicy pickles has been several months in the making.
“We didn’t know a ton about pickles other than we liked them,” Christiansen said, recalling how the “Baywatch” star reached out to him six months earlier about a potential collaboration. “But in this house, when Pamela Anderson calls with an idea, the answer is always a resounding YES.”
Founded in 1998, the center rescues and rehabilitates sick, injured, and orphaned native wildlife, including mule deer fawns, coyote pups, songbirds, and various marine species. The charity has helped more than 100,000 animals to date.
“For nearly 30 years @cawildlife has rescued, rehabilitated, and released thousands of native wild animals along the California coast,” Christiansen wrote. “Each jar you bring home helps keep their important work alive.”

Anderson included her rose petal-infused take on her great-aunt’s dill pickle recipe in her cookbook, “I Love You: Recipes from the Heart,” published in October 2024.
In an Aug. 11 interview with WWD, the actress—who recently starred alongside Liam Neeson in “The Naked Gun,” a 2025 reboot of the 1988–1994 film franchise—explained that pickles are a hot commodity in her family.
“I love roses—food grade, of course—and they go into many of my recipes. I like a hint of spice and a good texture. Pickles go with almost anything and are good for digestion. I eat them straight out of the jar!”
After moving back to her childhood home on Canada’s Vancouver Island in 2020, Anderson has since launched her own cooking show, “Pamela’s Cooking With Love.” On each episode of the program, which premiered on Canada’s Flavour Network in February, the actress invites a renowned chef into her home to prepare a plant-based meal.
