Musician Kevin Jonas is prioritizing his mental health, especially when it comes to the highs and lows of touring with The Jonas Brothers, while bringing awareness to the post-show “blues” that musicians experience on a daily basis.

In an interview with People magazine published on May 26, the 37-year-old said he started to seek professional help due to the hectic schedule, fast-paced lifestyle, and constant action or adrenaline while touring.
