Country singer Jason Aldean is raising awareness for dementia with his latest song, “Help You Remember.”
Coinciding with the release of his new single, which is featured on the upcoming album, “Songs About Us,” out April 24, the Grammy-nominated musician partnered with the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America to help raise funds for those battling the cognitive disorder.
