Emilio Delgado, Iconic ‘Sesame Street’ Star Who Played Luis, Dead at 81

Emilio Delgado, a Mexican-American actor who appeared on the longtime family TV series “Sesame Street” for 45 years died on Thursday. He was 81.

Delgado was surrounded by family when he died at his home in New York City, his wife, Carole Delgado, told TMZ.
