Rapper Drake made a quick shout-out to an 11-year-old super fan Sofia Sanchez during his show in Madison Square Garden in New York City on the night of Aug. 28, after the girl’s successful heart transplant.
“God the other day blessed her with a new heart. So, Sofia, if they get this clip out to you, I love you and I’m happy for you,” said Drake on stage in the video.
