Musician and performer Ozzy Osbourne died of a heart attack, according to a death certificate filed in London. 
The official cause of death is listed as an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest and acute myocardial infarction, according to a photo of the certificate obtained by The Sun and reported on Aug. 5.
