Country singer Conner Smith has been charged with a misdemeanor in connection with the fatal crash last month that resulted in the death of a 77-year-old pedestrian in Nashville.
According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD), Smith, 24, was issued a traffic citation on June 10 for failure to yield the right of way resulting in death, a Class A misdemeanor.
