Comedian Bert Kreischer said he narrowly avoided tragedy after a tour bus carrying equipment and personal belongings from his touring crew caught fire in the Midwest, leaving the vehicle destroyed but everyone involved unharmed.

The 53-year-old performer revealed the incident to fans on March 15, sharing an image on Instagram showing the skeletal frame of the burned-out bus after flames consumed most of the vehicle overnight. The bus had been traveling between tour stops when the fire occurred.
