Anne Burrell, the celebrity chef and longtime host of the Food Network series “Worst Cooks in America,” died Tuesday morning at her home in Brooklyn, New York. She was 55.

Emergency personnel responded to Burrell’s residence on June 17, where she was found unresponsive, according to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ. Paramedics were unable to revive her and an autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death.
