The cause of death for Isabelle Tate, 23, who recently returned to acting in the television premiere of “9-1-1: Nashville,” was confirmed by her talent agency as a rare neuromuscular disease.

The McCray Agency wrote in a now-expired Instagram story on Oct. 23 that she had “passed away peacefully” from a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease.
