Carl Erik Rinsch, director of the 2013 action fantasy film “47 Ronin,” has been indicted on charges of defrauding Netflix of $11 million.

Rinsch, 47, was arrested Tuesday in West Hollywood, California, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York on March 18.
