A teacher was shot at Edison High School in Fresno, California on Thursday night.
Fresno police told the Fresno Bee that a teacher was shot.
The teacher nor the shooter has been identified.
Rick Montanez of ABC said that four to five teens tried to rob the male teacher. The teacher was shot two to three times but wrested the gun away from the suspect.
The teacher is at the hospital, alert and talking. The man is an athletic trainer and part-time teacher, the Fresno Bee said.
