Dublin’s World Design Capital 2014 Bid ‘Challenges us to adapt, recover, and grow’

Dublin became one of just three cities worldwide last week to be shortlisted to become World Design Capital for 2014.

Dublin became one of just three cities worldwide last week to be shortlisted to become World Design Capital for 2014. The International Council of Societies of Industrial Design (ICSID) announced that the prestigious designation, awarded biannually to cities that use design to benefit people socially, culturally and economically, will be awarded for 2014 to either Dublin, Bilbao (Spain), or Cape Town (South Africa).
