The Portland Police Department and the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee released a police dashboard camera showing a high-speed chase that ended in catastrophe.

The chase started Tuesday morning after an off-duty officer saw 20-year-old David Stancil allegedly fighting a woman before forcing her into his vehicle.

After a short while, police started chasing Stancil, who sped off and weaved in an out of traffic in an attempt to elude cops.

The clip shows him swerving out of oncoming cars and even using the shoulder on the other side of the road to pass them.

Eventually, Stancil crashes his car into another vehicle.

However, Stancil and the woman were taken to a nearby hospital. He was since released and was booked into the Sumner County Jail, Newschannel5 reported.

The condition of the woman was unclear as of Thursday evening.
