Dominion CEO: No ‘Switched or Deleted Votes’ Involving Company’s Machines

Dominion Voting Systems CEO said Tuesday that the company’s machines weren’t involved in any “switched or deleted votes.”

John Poulos told legislators in Michigan via video link that any discrepancies with the counts from its machines can be investigated by referencing paper ballots. He said all audits and recounts of Dominion technology used in the 2020 election have “validated the accuracy and reliability” of the election results.

Poulos cited a statement released by the Department of Homeland Security’s cybersecurity agency, which last month called the election the “most secure in American history.”

The statement was issued with the executive committee of the Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council and the Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council. The agency failed to note that Dominion is part of one of the council’s. President Donald Trump fired the agency’s director, alleging the statement was inaccurate.

Poulos told lawmakers in Michigan: “No one has produced credible evidence of vote fraud or vote switching on Dominion systems because these things have not occurred.”

He was testifying to the state Senate Oversight Committee just one day after a preliminary report of an audit of Dominion machines in Antrim County concluded the company’s system “is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

Poulos called the report “severely flawed” and called the Allied Security Operations Group, which conducted the audit, “a biased, non-independent investigation.” He alleged that it is “impossible” to “vote switch” using Dominion’s machines.

But Poulos later admitted he'd only had a chance to do a “cursory review” of the report, and that the company had no access to the county’s systems and is not in possession of any logs, databases, or election material.

“I haven’t seen any of the files, so I can’t comment on what it is they’re looking for, other than some of the conclusions were wrong, and false,” he said.

Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied, said in the report that Dominion’s system “intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.”

“The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud,” he added.

Officials in Antrim County initially reported that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden earned more votes in the county than President Donald Trump. They later said Trump won by nearly 4,000 votes, a difference of some 7,000 votes from the original reported results.

Poulos echoed state and county officials in blaming what happened on “human errors.”

The errors came after an October change to election rules forced Dominion to create a new election project, he testified. Officials in Antrim County didn’t update all of the tabulator memory cards and forgot to conduct testing on the project, he said.

“If all tabulators would have been updated, there would have been no error,” he added.

The hearing was led by state Sen. Edward McBroom, a Republican who chairs the committee. Poulos was the only person slated to testify, a spokesman told The Epoch Times via text message.

McBroom said last month that he had heard “some very troubling reports and witness testimony.”

“I recommend believers pray for, and all people work for, seeing truth revealed and being patient in waiting for it. This is what I will continue to do as chair of the Senate Oversight Committee as we investigate alleged election improprieties,” he added.
