Domhnall Gleeson has been named as part of the Star Wars Episode VII cast and people are wondering about him.
Gleeson is probably best known for playing Bill Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (and Part 2), as well as Tim in About Time and Moon (The Kid) in True Grit.
Here’s things to know about Gleeson.
1. He appears in four movies in 2014

Around the time he starred in the Harry Potter films, Gleeson’s career begin rising. He appeared in three films in 2012 (Dreed, Anna Karenina, and Shadow Dancer) and one in 2013 (About Time, along with the TV series Black Mirror).
He spent much of 2013 and part of 2014 filming four movies (Ex Machina, Frank, Calvary, and Unbroken).
He hasn’t taken much of a break--he’s currently in the middle of filming another movie, Brooklyn.
2. His father is an actor

Brendan Gleeson is an Irish actor who started acting in 1990 after he decided to get into the business at age 34.
He has 86 credits to his name, including Braveheart, Gangs of New York, and Troy.
He, too, is busy lately, with four films he was in--including Calvary alongside his son--set to debut in 2014, and another two films in post-production for 2015.
The father and son duo also appeared together in Studs (2006). Gleeson’s mother is Mary Gleeson.
3. He has a degree in media arts

Gleeson graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technolgy.
He earned a degree in Media Arts.
Gleeson is a native of Dublin.
4. He doesn’t seem to have a girlfriend

Despite moving up in the acting world Gleeson appears to not have a girlfriend.
5. It’s unclear who he'll be playing in Star Wars

The plot and other details about the upcoming film have been kept tightly under wraps.
Even though the main cast was finally announced, their roles were not.
Gleeson’s role should be disclosed sometime before the movie hits theaters, though.
That would be December 18, 2015.
