It’s finally here—the trailer to “Doctor Strange” that is.
Benedict Cumberbatch made an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on April 12, where he unveiled the trailer to Marvel’s “Doctor Strange.”
The Scott Derrickson-directed film follows neurosurgeon Stephen Vincent Strange (Cumberbatch), as he recovers from a terrible car accident. While looking for a different method of healing, he befriends The Ancient One, and becomes entangled in sorcery.
The character of Doctor Strange was originally created by artist Steve Ditko in 1930.
The film also stars Tilda Swinton as The Ancient One, Rachel McAdams, Michael Stuhlbarg, Mads Mikkelsen, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
“Doctor Strange” is scheduled for release Nov. 4.
