Tickets for discounted three-day passes to Disneyland are now on sale exclusively for Southern California residents for $73 per day.

Redeemable weekdays only, the passes provide residents admission to either Disneyland or California Adventure. “Park Hoppers,” or tickets allowing entry to both parks, are extra.

The new passes are less than half the cost per day of the park’s standard two-day passes at more than $140 per day, according to the park’s website, and can be used on weekdays between Jan. 9 through May 25 next year.

Those eligible to purchase the new passes are California residents living within zip codes 90000 to 93599 and Northern Baja California residents within zip codes 21000 to 22999.

Proof of eligible residency, including valid government-issued photo identification, is required for purchase.

Those visiting during the four-month window will have a list of attractions to experience, including the park’s 100th anniversary beginning in late January.

Disneyland’s “Toontown” will also reopen March 8 after renovations, although a new show at its “El Capitoon Theater” will be ready at the end of January, according to Disneyland officials.
