The top U.S. intelligence official suggested that election lawsuits and other issues need to be resolved before the winner of the Nov. 3 presidential election can be declared.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said on Fox News Dec. 6 that issues brought up by President Donald Trump’s legal team have to be heard in court.
