Diddy no Downton Abbey: Fashion and business mogul Diddy tweeted on May 15 that he’s joining Downton Abbey, a popular television series that will start its fourth season in January

“So happy to announce that Im a series regular on DOWNTON ABBEY-my favorite show+i’ll be debuting a sneak peek tonight 12am PST!” Diddy tweeted.

“I have to admit that Downton Abbey is one of my favorite shows- and thats why Im so excited today,” he added.

He later tweeted out two pictures that he claims show him on the set of the show.

Downton Abbey recently announced its first black character, but it wasn’t Diddy.

And PBS, which broadcasts the show, said Diddy’s claims aren’t true.

“It’s not true,” a spokeswoman told Reuters in an email.
