NEW YORK—Chelsea Clinton is not buying a $10.5 million condo across the street from Madison Square Park, according to a source managing the construction at the property. The New York Post reported that Clinton and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, had signed a contract on the apartment in The Whitman on E. 26th St.
