Three schools in Denver--Saint Elizabeth High School, Saint Elizabeth Elementary School, and the Loyola Elementary School--were locked down on Friday morning.
The Denver Police Department said that police are looking for an armed suspect in the area, according to its Twitter feed.
It added that “no shots” were fired.
It is unclear when the lockdown will be lifted.
