Debbie Flores-Narvaez, a Las Vegas showgirl, was last seen on Dec. 12 going to the home of her ex-boyfriend Jason “Blu” Griffith.

Her mother Elise Narvaez (in Georgia) told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Monday that she received a strange text message from her daughter on Dec. 1, almost two weeks before she disappeared.

“In case there is ever an emergency with me, contact Blu Griffith in Vegas. My ex-boyfriend. Not my best friend,” read the message Narvaez received.

When Narvaez asked what the message meant, Narvaez said her daughter replied, “Never mind, mommy. Just keep it for your records.”

Griffith confirmed that Flores-Narvaez had come by his apartment briefly on Dec. 12 between Fantasy rehearsals and she was fine, according to a Good Morning America report.

A few hours after, her car was reported as abandoned with her purse inside.

Flores-Narvaez is an attractive brunette burlesque dancer in the Las Vegas Luxor Casino’s Fantasy show. Born in Puerto Rico, the 31-year-old moved to Las Vegas from the Washington area a few years ago, remaining there when the rest of her family moved to Georgia 11 years ago.

She was recently selected for a solo role in Fantasy, her mother told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

“She worked so hard to get in that show,” Narvaez said. “Many girls wanted to be in that show. There was no way for her to miss that show without calling.”

“I’m just hoping and praying that somebody sees her, that somebody knows something.”
