I just had a wonderful phone call with a member of your staff to renew my subscription and to care for a couple of other questions. It was so very unlike customer service elsewhere. Your organization is to be commended for the superb company-wide spirit that drives you to serve our beloved nation with excellence and truth.
Thank you very much for your exemplary newspaper. Thank you for your excellent editorial content and for the spirit that is so unlike your competitor “news” organizations.
May I humbly suggest something that would greatly add to the value of your publication? An international news section written with the same editorial standards of appreciation for and adherence to the truth would help readers to see our current national events and challenges in the global context.
Much more could be said, I believe the Epoch Times could gain even greater national respect and ever-growing credibility by developing such a broad range of service to the readership. It will also help the newspaper to not go-to-seed on anyone (albeit important) issue, thereby losing your influence for good.
