Dean McDermott, 43, husband of Tori Spelling and one of the stars on the reality show, “Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” was released from the ICU this past week after suffering a punctured lung from a dirt bike crash, while out riding with friends. McDermott tweeted on July 4 that, “I’m healing, slowly. I'll be doing rehab for a while. I messed a few things up when I crashed.” While a full recovery is expected, this is reportedly McDermott’s second cycle crash this year.
