Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser said on May 10 that most COVID-19 restrictions in the nation’s capital will be lifted on May 21, although masks will continue to be mandatory indoors.
Bowser made the remarks at a press briefing, citing “dramatic improvements in our health metrics” as the underpinnings for a rollback of restrictions.
