David Soto, a student at Elsinore High School in Wildomar, California who went missing this week, was found safe on Friday.
Soto walked off the school’s campus on Tuesday morning, officials said. Soto has autism and schizophrenia, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said, reported CBS.
Officials and Soto’s parents were worried about him because he didn’t have food or water.
A woman watching the news saw Soto’s face and the story about him missing and later saw him and tipped off police.
