Darryl Moon, who is suspected of assaulting and robbing 81-year-old Temple University professor Gopalakrishnan Veeraswamy, has been arrested.

Moon, 45, is believed to be the man who entered the university’s campus and made his to Anderson Hall, where the professor was.

The man allegedly held Veeraswamy at knifepoint, demanding his wallet, and after Verraswamy handed over the wallet, Moon punched the professor in the face, police say.

U.S. Marshals and state patrol agents arrested Moon on Thursday morning, reported ABC.

Police and university officials are trying to figure out how the attacker got past security, because he went past an area where people typically have to show identification to pass through.
