Danielle Locklear is dead after a body found in the South River last week has been positively identified as the missing Fayetteville, North Carolina teen.
Locklear, 15, left her grandparents’ home on March 11 to visit a friend but she never arrived.
Her grandfather contacted the police the next day.
Now sources told WRAL that the body found during the search for Locklear has been confirmed as her while her boyfriend Je'Michael Malloy has confessed to killing her.
He was arrested along with another person of interest.

“It is with a heavy heart I post that confirmation has been received - the body found in the South River April 2nd was that of Danielle Locklear.
