Derek Hough of Dancing With the Stars refused to answer questions about his alleged romance with Kate Hudson.
Hough was confronted by a reporter outside a life coaching seminar in Boca Raton, Florida.
“What’s going on with you and Kate Hudson? Are the rumors true?” Hough was asked by TMZ.
His evasive response was caught on camera. “Oh my gosh,” he started. “It’s not really the time or the place to talk about it buddy,” he said, appearing annoyed at the line of questioning.
He also asked for the camera to be turned off. “It’s weird to have a camera on,” he said.
“You can’t answer anything about that?” the videographer pressed.
“It’s not really the time or place,” Hough said. He was at the Tony Robbins Date With Destiny seminar along with younger sister Julianne and an unidentified woman.
Hough has been the subject of many dating rumors over the years, with the latest alleging he was kissing Hudson in a Los Angeles restaurant.
Sources told E! News and Us Weekly that the pair were kissing in the Nice Guy restaurant and also enjoyed dinner and drinks, staying past closing. They “were totally kissing,” one insider said.
The rumor came as Hudson announced a split with fiance Matt Bellamy, although the couple emphasized they'd focus on raising their children despite the break up.
