Dad Leaves Amazing Note After Kids Weren’t Doing the Dishes

A father was getting tired with his kids for being slobs and never doing the dishes, so he created a note and left it for them in the kitchen.

The clever note uses the voice of Bryan Mills, the character Liam Neeson plays in the popular “Taken” movie franchise.

The note says:

I don’t know who you are.

I don’t know what you want. If you are looking for a maid to clean up after you, I can tell you I don’t do that.

But what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long lifetime. Skills that make me a an expert in home WIFI systems and Cellular Data plans.

If you clean up your own kitchen mess, that'll be the end of it.

I will not look for you, I will not pursue you.

But if you don’t, I will look for you, I will find you…

AND I WILL DISCONNECT YOU. Many people on Reddit, where the dad posted the now-viral note, doubted the dad’s capability of “disconnecting” the children, but the father responded that he does indeed know what he’s doing.

“I don’t change the password. I use MAC address filtering to block specific devices from the router. And the devices are iPhones and Chromebooks. I sincerely doubt they can hack into any router. They don’t even know what a MAC address is. They probably think it is something related to Apple,” he wrote.

Hopefully the kids—who the dad noted are actually good kids overall, but just slobs—made the right choice.
