Here are some tips for transforming that spare room into an elegant poker room –one that will make your home the go-to location for game night; and guarantee you a full house!
Colors Scheme
Choose colors that are evocative of a night in the casino. For a larger space, you could choose elegant shades like charcoal, burgundy, or dark brown, but for a smaller room, you may want to use a lighter color scheme –like beige or terra cotta, to help keep the room from feeling cramped.

For poker enthusiasts looking to add a touch of class, look for chairs with a rich, deep color –or mahogany wood, for a warm yet sophisticated look.
Wall Art
A good poker room should have a TV for watching sports, but wall art and mirrors are other important features for the wall. When it comes to choosing art, choices abound. You could use vintage jazz posters, some modern art pieces, or black and white prints. Black and white art can help to add some flair, without any additional, competing colors. You could also add in some poker -related art, or make your own.
The Bar
While you could go all out and design your own in-house bar in the poker room, a suitable substitute would be a drink cart or simple drink station –complete with all the fixings!
