Nathaniel Eric Smith and Latasha M. Smith, a couple accused of assaulting a woman and her teenage daughter in Georgia, were found guilty of the crime after entering a plea, Fox8 reported.

A video of the attack, which shows the bulky Nathaniel Smith punching the teen in the face after he got out of his car, went viral earlier this year. Latasha Smith first attacked the owner, Jeanette Norris.

They apparently assaulted the two because their chicken was cold and they didn’t get enough fries, according to reports.

“She went berserk. They both lost it, him and her both; started cussing and beating on the window,” Norris told NBC of the attack.

According to Fox8, Norris refunded the money but they then attacked the two.

The teenage girl walked around in shock for a few seconds and broke down in tears when onlookers came to comfort her.

“One of my employees yelled, ‘He’s got her,’ and that’s when I realized he had hit her,” Norris said. “Who does that? Who punches a child like she’s a grown man standing there?”

Police who viewed footage of the incident said they’ve never seen such conduct in their entire careers.

“I’ve been here, what, 41 years – 30 of them as chief. I have never seen anything like this. I’ve never heard of anything like this,” Chief James Godfrey of Baxley Police Department told NBC at the time.

The Smiths face charges of aggravated battery and cruelty to children.

Superior Court Judge Robert Guy accepted their guilty pleas and will sentence them later.

In the assault, Norris suffered a broken nose and her daughter had a concussion, according to Jacksonville.com.
