“Glee” star Cory Monteith died from a mix of heroin and alcohol, according to the final coroner’s report.

Emergency responders to the situation found a spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle, reported TMZ.

Responders also found two empty champagne bottles, and glasses.

Monteith, 31, was discovered alone in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada on July 13.

The official cause of death listed in the report is ““mixed drug toxicity, involving intravenous heroin use combined with the ingestion of alcohol.”

The British Columbia Coroners Service’s report notes that Monteith “had a history of illicit drug use with intermittent periods of rehabilitation and of abstinence from drugs.”

The service ruled the death accidental.
