A Colorado mother died shortly after she delivered healthy twins, and her husband has revealed what he tells the two about their mom.

The twins’ father, Dustin Sisneros, told KKTV that doctors told him that his wife, Sara Sewald, “had a little bit of bleeding, you know, and they were going to do what they could to stop it.”
