Federal agents raided marijuana facilities around Denver and Boulder in Colorado on Thursday morning, arresting no people but seizing property.
Officials told ABC that the agencies involved were following guidance from the Department of Justice.
Officials wouldn’t release addresses of the facilities that were raided.
marQaha is one of the facilities that got raided. In Boulder, a number of grow operations on North Foothills Highway were raided, with workers telling the Daily Camera that officials were at the businesses when the workers arrived at work this morning.

Raids took place at both medical marijuana dispensaries and at warehouses where pot is grown.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a statement: “The Drug Enforcement Administration, Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigations, the Denver Police Department and state and local law enforcement are today executing lawfully obtained search warrants and seizure warrants.
“One important note: Although we cannot at this time discuss the substance of this pending investigation, the operation under way today comports with the Department’s recent guidance regarding marijuana enforcement matters. As this is an on-going investigation, no additional information will be made available.”
Colorado became the first state in the country to allow legal retail sales of medical marijuana in 2012. A new law coming into effect on Jan. 1 will enable marijuana to be sold.
