Coal City in Illinois was reportedly severely damaged by a tornado that passed through.
Photos uploaded to Twitter show homes completedly destroyed by the tornado.
“Im in coal city.. this so horrible! #help,” wrote one user.
Photos show debris scattered throughout the town and some homes appeared severely damaged.
Another local added that there were “dozens of downed trees. Highway exits closed. And just saw Emerg Mgmt trucks from WillCo stream down.”
According to the Chicago Tribune, there were not any reports of injuries yet.
